Incentia Inks a Multi-Year, Multi-Million Dollar Corporate Deal with VIA Technologies

SANTA CLARA, California and TAIPEI, Taiwan - September 23, 2002, Incentia Design Systems, Inc., an EDA company in the timing and synthesis market, announced today that VIA Technologies (Taipei, Taiwan) has extended its relationship with Incentia to include a multi-million dollar, multi-year corporate agreement.

Incentia's static timing analysis and synthesis tools are being used in VIA's design flow.
